Let’s have our Begginer Yoga Lesson in a cozy rental Studio @ Ikebukuro ! with our Yoga Instructor Ayaka (More than 5 years teaching experience) We will be having Yoga Class every 2 weeks
Lets concentrate in relaxing and doing Yoga after long hours of work.
If there is any part of your body you need to work on, please kindly tell us, we will do all the best to answer to your request.

Relaxing・ヨガ・レッスン with Ayaka

池袋にあるレンタルスタジオにて気持ちよく身体をストレッチ、
みんなで一緒にヨガを楽しみましょう。

基本的にリラックス系のヨガ、動くヨガなんでもできます。お客様のその日のリクエストとか身体の不調など改善したい部分、ご要望にそってクラスを組み立てられることが強みです。

①心身を開放する　②体の声を聞く　③内省しよう
ヨガをやったことない方でも無理のない内容です、経験者さんもOK！
当日はご自身で体調を判断の上、無理のないようにご参加ください。
