Tokyo International Friends & Events was founded by Peter Chen, an international community leader passionate about bringing people together.
Born in Taiwan and raised internationally, Peter understands how challenging it can be to build a social life in a new country.
Through this community, he aims to create a welcoming space where people from different cultures can meet and form lasting friendships.
