Contact FAQ

What is the fastest way to reach TIFE?
An Instagram DM to @tokyointernationalmeetup is usually fastest. For a question about a specific event, message the organiser on that event’s Meetup page. For business enquiries, email tifetours@gmail.com.
Do I need to contact you before joining an event?
No. RSVP for free on Meetup and come along. Japanese speakers can also sign up on Peatix or つなげーと. You only need to contact us if the event page doesn’t answer your question.
Can I write in Japanese, Spanish or Chinese?
Yes. Founder Peter Chen speaks English, Japanese, Spanish and Mandarin, so you can write to us in any of these languages.
How do I propose a sponsorship, collaboration or media feature?
Email tifetours@gmail.com with your brand, goal, dates and budget range. See the sponsorship options and the media kit first.
I lost something at an event. What should I do?
Message the organiser on the Meetup event page or in the TIFE LINE group as soon as possible. Under the event terms, TIFE is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
How do I ask not to appear in event photos?
Tell the organisers in writing before the event, as explained in the event terms. The contact form or an Instagram DM both work.
