My journey into Japan began with a deep commitment to mastering the language and culture. After completing Japanese language school, I continued my studies at Oberlin University in Japan, where I focused on hospitality and business management.
This academic foundation gave me not only technical knowledge but also a deep understanding of Japanese service culture (おもてなし — omotenashi), which continues to influence every aspect of my work today — from running community events to hotel partnerships.
