Let’s have our Begginer Yoga Session in a cozy rental Studio @ Ikebukuro ! with our Yoga Instructor Ayaka (More than 5 years teaching experience) We will be having Yoga Class every 2 weeks
Lets concentrate in relaxing and doing Yoga after long hours of work.
If there is any part of your body you need to work on, please kindly tell us, we will do all the best to answer to your request.

■【Yoga Rules: As we want you too fully concentrate in yourself】
- Finish your meal 2 hours before the class.
- Do not gossip during the class.
- Do not check your phone.
- Do not check the time.
- Do not compete.
- Do not leave early.
- 19:45~19:50 Meet up & Register.
- 19:50 Change your clothes and break the ice.
- 20:00 Lesson Starts
- 21:00 Lesson Ends
※Lesson will be conducted in Japanese.
(Do not worry about the language barrier, Sensei will try his best to teach you)
