Beginner Yoga Session at Ikebukuro Rental Studio

Join us for a relaxing yoga class with our experienced instructor Ayaka, who has been teaching for more than 5 years. Classes are held every 2 weeks. Visit Ayaka’s Instagram for more information!

Let’s concentrate on relaxing and doing yoga after long hours of work.
If there is any part of your body you need to work on, please kindly tell us; we will do our best to answer your request.

①Basic Yoga
②Metabolism Stimulation Yoga
③Slow Stretch Yoga
④Relaxing & Refreshing Yoga

We will be rotating these 4 different yogas during each of our sessions.

■【Yoga Rules: As we want you too fully concentrate in yourself

  1. Finish your meal 2 hours before the class.
  2. Do not gossip during the class.
  3. Do not check your phone.
  4. Do not check the time.
  5. Do not compete.
  6. Do not leave early.

■【Yoga Lesson Breakdown】

  1. 19:45~19:50 Meet up & Register.
  2. 19:50 Change your clothes and break the ice.
  3. 20:00 Lesson Starts
  4. 21:00 Lesson Ends

Lesson will be conducted in Japanese.
(Do not worry about the language barrier, Sensei will try his best to teach you)
