9:00 Meetup in Ikebukuro West Exit
10:30 Kawagoe Coedo Free activity：Stroll and Lunch Time（Approximately 2 hours）
14:30 Arrive toNagatoro（Japanese Boat (Optional) or Iwatatami /Approximately 2.5 hours）　
17:00 Return to Tokyo
19:00 Arrive to Ikebukuro Station
