Do I need to be fit to join?

No. Our bootcamp is beginner-friendly and adaptable to all levels.

What should I bring?

Workout clothes, water, and a towel. Mats are optional.

Is the bootcamp in English?

Yes. We welcome internationals and locals. English-friendly instruction is provided.

What happens if it rains?

We monitor weather conditions and notify participants in advance.

How often is the bootcamp?

Our Hibiya Park bootcamp runs every two weeks (biweekly).
