If you don’t have gloves yet, let us know! We can provide them or help you pick one.

Is the class in English?

Yes — the class is bilingual friendly and welcomes internationals.

What should I bring?

Comfortable workout clothes, water, a towel, and sneakers. Gloves are optional but helpful.

Where are the classes held?

We use well-equipped training locations in Tokyo — exact venue details are sent after registration.
