Kickboxing classes! Our classes are hosted by Minoru Kato Sensei, an ex-professional MMA fighter with years of experience in the ring. Totally passionate about kickboxing and martial arts, and he is excited to share his knowledge and skills with you.

Come and learn kickboxing from scratch with our professional MMA fighter, Minoru Kato. We are offering a unique opportunity to learn from a professional in a studio setting.

Each week of the month will feature a unique teaching method to keep things fresh and engaging, we will be offering weekly classes designed to improve physical and mental wellness.
