😅 Nervous about going alone? Read this

Most people come solo

That’s the whole point of TIFE. Tell the host it’s your first time and they’ll introduce you.

No Japanese needed

Classes run in English or easy Japanese with demonstrations. Japanese members often join to practise English.

Unfit is fine

Every exercise has an easier version. Take breaks whenever you like.

Ask about after-class food

Ask the group in LINE who’s grabbing food after. That’s where friendships start.

Pick one class this week. Just one.

That’s how most of our regulars started: one class, alone, a bit nervous. Then a drink after, then a LINE group full of new friends.
